Exclusions:

• FORCE MAJUERE: We shall not be liable for any breakdown or non performance or delay in carrying out any obligations contained in this maintenance service leaflet including servicing/ repairing of the unit as a result of strike, lockout, Industrial/Labour disturbance, fire accidents damages, restriction imposed Government, circumstances beyond our control, any act of God, riot, and condition arising from smaller caused beyond our control.
• Defects in the electrical installation outside the unit should be rectified by the owner. Current fluctuation, if any should also be attended to by the owner’s Electrical Contractors. Any damages caused to the unit due to faulty electrical installations or fluctuating electrical corrected at the cost of the owner.
• The unit is covered under the contract at the above mentionedlocation only. The shifting/reinstallations of the unit, if any would be carried at by us at additional Cost. We shall not assume any responsibility for any damages caused to the unit if the unit is shifted/reinstalled by some other person other than us.
• We have option to terminate this contract, if the unit serviced/repaired/handled in any manner by any party other than ourselves. Any repairing/ servicing/handling of the unit by any other party in any manner, above solves us of all responsibilities in terms of the contract. The option for termination of the contract shall also be excised by us, if the refrigerant piping route and ducting route is changed.required/handled in any party other than ourselves.
